A 32-storey glass building and 15-storey glass and brick building with 444 units in total, plus a five-storey podium with two-storey lofts. Prices: unknown. Fees: unknown. Amenities: fitness facility, party room with bar, games room with large-screen TV, theatre, fireplace, TV lounges, 24-hour concierge, guest suite, two outdoor terraces and outdoor pool. Sales: only a few units left. Status: built. Occupancy: immediate.

16. MARKET WHARF: Market St. and The Esplanade. Builder: Context. A 25-storey glass tower sitting atop an eight-storey brick podium. Prices: from $281,900 for 525 sq. ft. to $1,442,900 for a 1,920 sq. ft. penthouse. Fees: 47 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro.
